$10,000 Buyer Incentive Towards Lot 24
Southern Community Bank is offering a $10,000 buyer incentive applied to the purchase price at closing for 'The Dogwood' at 4457 Della Crescent Way in Mill House Place (Lot 24). The cash incentive is a reduction in the cost of the home and an instant $10,000 in equity.
