The Village Collection is arranged on a gently sloping area of the old family farm’s westernmost planting field. Inherent to the overall Mill House Place design, all of these half-acre building sites are unique in shape and orientation, as are the Village homes different from each other.
There are only 12 Village lots in total. Nine of these tracts are arrayed around, and view, the garden in the circle at the end of Pheasant Lane. Three broad-faced home sites lie across from the Lakeside Estate lots and the lake beyond.
All Village homes must have a minimum of 2,750 square feet of above ground, heated floor space.
The Village homes will be served by a sidewalk which leads to the stone gateway at Milhaven Road, along the way passing lake views, a path to the lake with wooded hills beyond, and the neighborhood gathering area at Della’s Garden.
